Perfect Chest and Shoulder Muscles

A 6-day exercise program is described, designed to shape and strengthen the muscles of the chest and shoulder girdle.
The secret to beautiful chest muscles lies in the harmoniously developed musculature of the upper torso. This means that you should work on the muscles of both the chest and back with equal intensity. You may ask: what about the shoulder girdle muscles? They should also develop in harmony with the muscles of the chest and back. Trainer and author of popular fitness textbooks Kurt Brungardt shows how to achieve beautiful and powerful musculature of the chest, back, and shoulder girdle in just 6 weeks of balanced training.
