ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Order processing typically takes 1 business day. However, during peak periods, this may increase to 3 business days.

We request items with the "On Order" status directly from the publisher. In this case, the processing time will be approximately 2 weeks.

DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS TO EU COUNTRIES

Orders are delivered by DHL, DPD, HRX, and EMS.

Shipping costs are calculated individually for each country. You can find the exact cost in your shopping cart or at checkout.

Delivery time is 2–10 business days after your order is shipped.

Delivery to islands (Canary Islands, Malta, Greek islands, etc.) is always subject to a fee and is handled by EMS. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the parcel. Delivery times are specified during checkout.

PAYMENT METHODS

  • VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal;
  • Bank transfer;
  • Cash payment upon pickup in-store (available only to registered users);
  • Payment by electronic gift card (only in the online store). You can apply for one in the "Gift Card" section.

NON-EU COUNTRIES

Delivery is carried out by EMS and DHL courier services. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the parcel. Delivery times and costs are specified when placing an order.

Parcels may be subject to customs duties. Information on payment terms and customs duties can be found on the website of your country's customs service.

We do not ship to Ukraine, Russia, or Belarus.
