I am Alex Daniels, the drummer of a popular band. My life is music, concerts, fame, and crowds of fans. The sound of the drums makes my heart beat faster, and the strikes of the sticks provide vivid sensations that cannot be described in words. But behind the shine of the spotlight lies another reality: betrayal, pain, and emptiness. After Bryce broke my heart, I shut myself off from the world, afraid to trust anyone again. Success turned into a golden cage, and fame into an unbearable burden. Everything changed when I met Cameron—a surfer who, like me, was running from his demons. He taught me to feel the ocean, trust the moment, and not be afraid. Cameron showed me what life could be like and allowed me to once again feel the taste of freedom.
