Grizzly in White Socks

- Was there a boy? - unexpectedly said Podushkin's assistant Boris, after they listened to yet another client. - Maybe there was no boy at all? Leonid Svetlov came to Podushkin asking to find his older brother Nikita. The thing is, Leonid's son needs a bone marrow transplant, otherwise the boy is at risk of death. Neither Svetlov nor his wife are suitable as donors. The situation is complicated by the fact that as a teenager, Nikita... strangled their third brother, infant Fedor, after which he ran away from home, and no one has seen him since. But the man is still hopeful that his brother will help. Perhaps God will give him a chance to atone for the murder of Fedya? He took one child's life, but he will save another! Podushkin's hair stood on end while he listened to the Svetlov family's story. It's just some kind of crime novel! Podushkin and Boris set out to search. And what did they find? They uncovered things that wouldn't appear in the wildest dreams, nor could they be described in any novel.
