Dina Rubina is a recognized master, a living classic of modern literature, a popular prose writer whose books are successful not only among readers but also within the professional community.
Rubina's works have received many prestigious literary awards and honors.
The book by D. Rubina "White Horses" is the second volume of the trilogy "Napoleon's Train".
If "Rowan Wedge" — the first book of the cycle — served as the beginning of the action, from which we learned about the birth of love between the two protagonists — Aristarh and Nadezhda, the modern Orpheus and Eurydice, then "White Horses" is the climax in the development of their relationship.
As often happens, the lovers, especially if their feelings are strong, bright, such as are found in rare individuals, face the most powerful upheavals. Fate literally scatters the two lovers in different directions. Each of them now walks their own separate path, forever remaining deeply alone and emotionally wounded.
