Before you is a set of postcards with advice from a kind character - Isabella Davidovna. A colorful Jewish aunt, who when you visit her will greet you in a bathrobe, with curlers, sitting at a table with food, pouring tea and giving her advice.
She is for us, for our well-being and happiness.
She is filled with warmth, care... and irony.
The set of 20 postcards "Aunt Izi's Tips" is that very friend and mentor.
This is a tool for self-support.
For growth in resilience and belief in one's potential.
These are messages that we can solve any problem. The main thing is our state of mind.
Calmness, courage, confidence - helpers for all times.
The purpose of the postcards is to strengthen the spirit through stories, examples, messages - to change our perception, to allow us to see the lessons of life. To walk our path with dignity. And sometimes with a profitable acquisition.
Every day or in particularly difficult moments of life - take out a postcard. Read and reflect. What does this mean for me? What should I pay attention to? In what direction should I move?
While reading the postcard, listen to yourself - what resonates? What would help find a solution and cope?
The postcards can be used by psychologists, coaches, game practitioners in consultations, games, and psychological meetings (breakfasts, bachelorette parties, etc.) as resource cards with messages.
