Resonance Consulting

The book substantiates a new original method of psychological consulting. It is integrative and includes elements of modern practical psychology and psychotherapy as well as various techniques borrowed from spiritual traditions. The specificity of this method lies in the establishment of special relationships during the consulting process between the psychologist and the client, which are called resonant. A special emphasis is placed on the use of the emotional-sensory sphere of the consultant as the main "instrument" of diagnosis and assistance. As a result of this approach, the accuracy and speed of consulting are significantly increased, as well as the energy expenditure of the consultant is reduced. Special exercises are offered, which are used in training for resonance interaction.
