Cooking of the Northern Vedas

According to the teachings of the Vedas, pure food promotes pure thoughts. One who consumes pure food embarks on the path of Enlightenment and fully realizes their spiritual potential. The cleaner and brighter a person's thoughts and consciousness are, the deeper they ultimately comprehend the science of self-awareness, including the science of understanding absolute truth. A person whose diet consists solely of pure food is capable of managing their sleep and senses, controlling the urges of their tongue, stomach, and sexual organs... In other words, such a person becomes the complete master of their senses. Pure food automatically leads a living thinking being to a systematic and orderly way of life.
