Synhi has built her entire life by herself. She had grand goals – the development and prosperity of her own business. But any plans come to an end with the sudden news: it turns out that she was betrothed to a man she has never seen since early childhood! A penalty of 5 billion won awaits her for breaking the contract. Synhi cannot afford this at all, as her newly opened company does not generate such colossal income. Her future husband Mugyeol – the heir of the largest corporation "Kymwan" – on the other hand, is completely against marrying an independent beauty. The clash of interests ignites the fire of excitement in their relationship. After long negotiations, they come to an agreement where each pursues their own goals. Synhi strives at all costs to avoid the penalty and marriage. Mugyeol, however, must do whatever it takes to lead her to the altar. What will the prenuptial contract between an ambitious career woman and a charming heir, who is used to getting what he wants, result in?
