Jonang Buddhist Tradition. Monasteries and Mountain Retreats

This book introduces readers to the history of the Jonang school of Tibetan Buddhism. The Jonang line is important for those who want to learn about the teachings and practices of Kalachakra because it is in this lineage that the teachings on the stage of completion (dzogrim) of Kalachakra have been preserved. This book presents a brief history of the Jonang tradition, which continues to thrive in Tibet and comprises one hundred thirteen monasteries and retreats.
