Fairy Tales of the Peoples of Russia. Volume 1

Fairy tales of the peoples of Russia — a huge cultural layer in the true classical heritage of our country. In a symbolic, figurative form, they provide keys to the life challenges that each person needs to solve, introduce historical events, myths, rituals, the way of life and cultural
features of ethnic groups living in Russia. Fairy tales contribute to the development of aesthetic feelings, without which the nobility of the soul, heartfelt sensitivity to human misfortune, grief, and suffering is unthinkable. From an artistic point of view, they are true works of art, which A.S. Pushkin felt and understood wonderfully. “What a delight these tales are! — he wrote. — Each one is a poem.”
Fairy tales of the peoples of Russia, with their unexpected fantastic plots and unbreakable connection to real life, will allow both adults and children to connect with domestic spiritual and moral traditions and enjoy it at the same time.
