Ev - genius O! Ne - gin

Mikhail Kazinik - musician, educator, a person of encyclopedic knowledge. His new book is a unique work that has been conducted over years researching "Eugene Onegin" by A.S. Pushkin. As a result, a book emerged - unexpected, full of discoveries and answers to the sharpest questions. Why does the main character have no mother, and the name of his father is unknown? How could Vladimir Lensky finish the Göttingen University by the age of 17 and become a Kant admirer? Where did Tatiana Larina study? Why did it seem that "in her native family she felt like a foreign girl"? Why is there not a single decent person among the guests at her name day? Why does Pushkin create a Goethe-esque Walpurgis Night featuring Tatiana and Onegin? And what did he finally encode in his great creation, what meanings did he hide in it, making it contemporary and relevant across all times?
