Our Attitude Towards Temples. On Orthodoxy. Words and Sermons

This volume includes two collections of words and sermons compiled by Saint Theophan the Recluse, dedicated to the Orthodox faith and church piety. In the first collection, the Saint explains that the temple is a nurturer of spiritual life, teaching true prayer and the arrangement of the spiritual temple within oneself according to the pattern of the visible one. The second collection is devoted to substantiating the truth of our holy Orthodox faith and defending Orthodoxy against the attacks of various pseudo-Christian sects, from "false views and novelties".
