Experiment S

The novel "Experiment S" by Jeremy Bates is an exciting hardcore psychological thriller. Is sleep really essential for human life? Or is it some kind of atavism inherited from prehistoric ancestors? Renowned psychologist Roy Wallace from the University of Berkeley believes that people can very well do without sleep and intends to prove this in an experiment to benefit humanity and etch his name in the history of science. There is a well-known urban legend that in 1954, the USSR conducted an experiment to deprive prisoners of sleep, promising them freedom. None of the subjects survived… And in 2018, Professor Wallace receives permission to conduct a similar experiment on volunteers. What could go wrong? Jeremy Bates' books will appeal to fans of Stephen King and Dean Koontz, as well as all lovers of fantastic thrillers with elements of mysticism and horror. With this book, you won't fall asleep!
