To do this, she must create his psychological profile with minimal information. Abby is like a profiler, only faster and cooler. She is ready for anything. But not for this… She is called by Eden Fletcher. As girls, they lived in a notorious cult – until that night when its leader Wilcox burned all the members of the community alive. Only three survived, including them. And now, many years later, Eden has found her childhood friend and is asking for help: someone has kidnapped her son and is demanding a ransom – a whopping 5 million dollars! In her search for clues, Abby tries to understand why the kidnapper chose Eden. But she is clearly hiding something. For example, about the possible motives of the criminal. And about why there is a portrait of Wilcox in her house. Eden even hides what happened to her after that tragic fiery massacre. Gradually, Abby realizes: the awful past she has been trying so hard to forget is cunningly returning to her. Or rather, it is returning for her…
