Twilight Bestiary

For the children of this area, it is just a harmless urban park. But for its guardian, it is a den of gloomy creatures that only he can see. Providence, an asocial individual suffering from obsessive visions, has taken upon himself the duty to protect those walking in the park, whether they want it or not. His task becomes more complicated when a strange book, rising from the murky waters of the lake, releases a terrifying bestiary and attracts the attention of very suspicious psychosanitary services... Combining absurd humor and virtuoso graphics, Daria Schmitt immerses the reader in Lovecraft's world to pay tribute to the master of horror in a fantastic and poetic manner. Enchanted by nightmarish visions, the park keeper invites us to peer into the twilight to discern horrors and wonders there that are inaccessible to the eye of an ordinary mortal.
