The Darkness of This Age. Book 2

Germany, 1415 A.D. In Constance, the 16th Ecumenical Council is in full swing: European rulers and clergy have come together for the first time to address the issue of the Papal Schism. All attention is focused on this momentous event, which balances on the brink of collapse every day, and all the resources of the Congregation and the Empire are dedicated to seeing it through to completion. However, daily services have not been canceled, and Inquisitor of the first rank Kurt Hesse must figure out what has been happening in the forests around the far-off, God-forsaken town for an entire year.
