Military Secret

In A. Gaidar's story "Military Secret", there are no military operations. In any case - on the territory of the Soviet Union.
On the contrary, the events take place in a wonderful pioneer camp on the shores of the Black Sea. Here, kids from all over the country have gathered: from Chukotka, from Altai, from the Volga region, from Bashkiria and Kazakhstan.
Marvelous nature, plenty of sunshine, fun games, and pioneer campfires - all this is for the children of the Soviet people.
But the unsettling feeling of an impending war does not leave the main characters of "Military Secret". Even little Alka tells a tale about the heroic Malchish-Kibalchish, who perished at the hands of the cursed bourgeois.
Many of these kids will die in the Great Patriotic War. But for now, they learn discipline, camaraderie, love for their homeland, and just love for each other.
