Board Game - Paris. The City of Lights
May the light illuminate the weary traveler
This abstract duel game has gained recognition among a wide audience. It still ranks among the top thirty abstract games on BGG (it was released three years ago). It was also nominated for the Polish Gra Roku award in the "Best Game for Two" category (if you are interested, the winner was the game "Watergate"). Furthermore, it is incredibly beautiful and attracts attention with its simple yet deep gameplay. See Paris and die? Or perhaps, better play "Paris" and enjoy life?
On sharp edges
You will be creating your own Paris. Such a wonderful city requires plenty of lighting so that both locals and tourists can appreciate every detail of your hard work. Your task will consist of two stages - first, you pave the streets, and then you build the city or use special actions from postcards. You accumulate a set of buildings in the first stage, which is an important feature of the gameplay. For any buildings that remain in your personal stock, you will lose points. The player with the most victory points will win.
The sweet taste of victory
If you love duel games with simple rules but engaging gameplay - this is your candidate. "Paris" will make a wonderful gift for an aesthete or a board game collector - who would refuse to have such a highly praised game in their collection? However, if your recipient is into hardcore games, we recommend considering other options. The perfect way to spend quality time!
