Marakel

Sometimes a banal train trip can turn into an unexpected and frightening adventure. This happened to Kira, Sveta, and Yasha, who set off to a small village in Karelia to study the local dialect and collect folklore. But... they never arrived. Sveta disappeared, and Kira and Yasha, who rushed to search for her, found themselves in a strange place where the sun is not a sun, houses have no windows or doors, a terrifying creature capable of melting any metal is assembling a children's pyramid, and an old lady learns a new language in three days. Where legends become reality, and unfamiliar technologies can drive one insane. Where, for the sake of saving a soul, one might resort to murder.
