Model kit German tank King Tiger

The «King Tiger» was the heaviest serial tank of World War II. With its powerful 88-mm long-barreled gun, it was capable of destroying a «Sherman» tank from a distance of 3500 meters. The «King Tigers» began to arrive at the front in February 1944, and by May of the same year, they were first used in battles near Minsk. Two companies armed with these formidable machines participated in the defense of Normandy during the Allied landings. The «King Tiger», operated by an experienced crew, was a deadly opponent for all tanks.
