Come Back, Grandma

Marta loved her grandma very much. She liked her grandma's unusual eyes - gray with specks, dimples on her cheeks, and her funny slightly upturned nose. Marta was never bored with her grandma: they played football, hide and seek, and pirates, and fed the birds in the park. Surprisingly, the birds were not afraid of her grandma at all and eagerly ate from her hands. Marta and her grandma were always together while her parents worked all day or were busy with important household chores. But one day, it happened that grandma got sick. And she died…

This book can help children cope with the loss of a loved one. It will also guide parents on how to discuss the complex topic of death with their child.
