Nine years ago, an accident at a nuclear power plant plunged Montreal into an endless winter, and since then the city has been covered in radioactive snow 365 days a year. But life goes on for people like Flavi Beaumont, a snowmobile mail carrier, who leads a fairly normal life despite numerous encounters with mutants, diverse urban wildlife, and unprecedented weather events.
