This book deeply explores the inner world of a person. The main question it addresses is the question of self-knowledge and the knowledge of the Source of life. The author asks, «Who am I?» and answers: «The impersonal, eternal Consciousness that exists in every living being and in every inanimate object.» You are invited to undertake an inner journey through the traces left by the author in the form of notes, which helped him in his own search for Truth. The book examines subconscious processes of mental activity that, through observation, are brought into the realm of awareness. Thus, a gradual disidentification occurs in a person from these unconscious processes; their Consciousness expands and is liberated from the limitations of dualistic thinking. For a wide audience of readers on the path of spiritual development.
