The Bun = Kolobok

This book is part of the series of illustrated teaching aids "Reading Together", addressed to young school-age children.
A Russian folk tale is retold in English using the simplest grammar and the most commonly used English words. By reading this book, the child will learn about 100 new English words, learn to use verbs in the 3rd person singular Present Simple form, as well as master the Past Simple form of the verb to run.
The book ends with fun exercises related to the text and a dictionary, which contains all the new words in alphabetical order with transcription.

The aid is intended for students of 4th grades of schools, lyceums, and gymnasiums.
