Young surgeon Noi Rothhauser, recently appointed as the chief resident of a prestigious clinic, is running around: there are just too many tasks piling up on him. However, he is pleased with his new responsibilities, as Noi is used to working 24 hours a day. But when a simple surgery ends with a patient's death, the chief resident begins an investigation, inadvertently stirring up a real hornet's nest of secrets, forgery, and deception.
