Torah. Comments of Rabbi Hirsch

You have before you a unique edition of the Five Books of the Prophet Moses, the Torah, with comments by Rabbi Shimshon Hirsch, a recognized spiritual leader of the Jews of Europe. In 19th century Germany, there lived two very famous Jews – Rabbi Hirsch and Karl Marx. At the time of writing Capital, Rabbi Hirsch created unique comments on the Torah, which were intended for the unprepared reader taking their first steps in studying the Five Books. Perhaps, thanks to these comments, the number of adherents to Judaism has grown exponentially. Rabbi Hirsch's explanations of the Torah, analogies from human history, and his own thoughts and conclusions have remained relevant to this day and are addressed to a wide audience, including skeptics, non-religious individuals, and those simply interested in the spiritual questions of life.
