Reinhard Krüger is a doctor of medicine, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, and one of the most prominent representatives of the German school of psychodrama. The methodology of therapy developed by Krüger, which became available to a wide audience for the first time in the book "Creative Interaction" (1997), is now considered classical in Germany.
"Psychodrama originated as a method for treating mental illnesses, but it is infrequently used in modern clinical practice. And although many psychodrama techniques have been described, they are not systematized and not aligned with specific mental disorders.
This book helps to fill this gap. It establishes a connection between types of diagnoses and the appropriate methods for treating them with psychodrama. At the same time, the book eases the task for psychodramatists to incorporate the latest trends in psychiatry and psychotherapy into their practice."
