Yuri Gennadyevich Tomin is a well-known writer who has created many works for children in the genre of literary fairy tales and fantasy. The story "The Wizard Walked Through the City" is Tomin's most famous work in this genre and was even adapted into a film.
The heroes of the story are a simple schoolboy named Toley. This boy, like all boys at such a young age, enjoys a little mischief, but, of course, in a good-natured way. And naturally, when Toley comes into possession of a box of magical matches that grant any wish, the boy lets his limitless imagination run wild. Thus begin his incredible adventures.
Tomin's story "The Wizard Walked Through the City" is included in the school curriculum for reading and literature and is aimed at middle school-aged children.
The text of the work is presented without abridgment, printed on quality paper in large font. The book contains beautiful color illustrations.
