Thanks to the remarkable book "Two Lives" by K.E. Antarova, which has gone through more than one edition, broad circles of readers now understand how elevated conversations with the Teacher take place. The guidance provided during these conversations helps people to be conscious creators of their lives, to understand their purpose, and to bring joy and reverence to the world. And here are two more notebooks of recordings of conversations with the Teacher K.E. Antarova, which are addressed to each of us and teach how to live our ordinary "gray day." The "Conversations" and "Guidances" of the Teacher included in this collection are little known to readers, and the "Guidances" are published for the first time. They teach to harmoniously combine the forces of the heart and mind in the affairs of each day. The collection "Conversations with the Teacher. How to Live Your Gray Day" is addressed to those who recognize themselves as seekers of Truth and who are ready to understand that the cause of all their difficulties lies within themselves. The collection also includes: an autobiographical article by K.E. Antarova, the memories of her acquaintance - the famous theosophist E.F. Ter-Arutyunova, and reflections by N.A. Toots on the unified source of Knowledge (gnosis), which create a certain historical context that helps to better understand and appreciate the work of K.E. Antarova, and most importantly, how the invaluable work of the Teachers of humanity and their students occurs for the fate of the world.
