Three years have passed since Shen Qingqiu betrayed Luo Binghe. Only a couple of years remain before his 'deceased' disciple rises from the dead, burning with a thirst for revenge... At least, that is how the plot of 'The Path of the Proud Immortal Demon' was supposed to unfold. Investigating the reasons for the mysterious epidemic, Shen Qingqiu discovers that his actions irreparably changed the original story. Luo Binghe returned too early, and Shen Qingqiu has not yet prepared everything necessary to escape from him! Worse still, Luo Binghe's behavior and actions also differ from the prescribed ones, making them impossible to predict... However, it's not like Shen Qingqiu has time to sort out all the discrepancies. After all, if he doesn’t start acting right now, a fate worse than death may befall him.
